The practice

I work directly with the people making product and business decisions, translating between the customer problem, the product experience, and the technical system.
The goal is not to make technology feel impressive. It is to make the product easier to understand, improve, and operate over time.
The practice is intentionally focused on web products, with a primary emphasis on Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, AWS, and Terraform.
